Hi, we're Kassy and Katrina -- twins born just four minutes apart and basically inseparable ever since. Growing up, we did everything together, and our love for travel started early, sparked by family vacations and watching our older brother go off on his own adventures and making us want in on the action.
Our first real trip on our own was Japan in college, and honestly it changed everything. Something about landing in Tokyo for the first time and realizing how big the world actually is lit a fire in us that hasn't gone out since. We've been chasing that feeling ever since, through Japan (many, many times), Vietnam, China, Spain, and everywhere in between.
These days we're two Chicago girls with full-time corporate jobs in digital marketing, a serious love for a good coffee shop, and a habit of planning our next trip before we've even unpacked from the last one. The name From Work to Wander is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. We're not full-time travelers or digital nomads. We're just two sisters who've figured out how to make travel a real part of our lives without quitting our jobs, and we want to show you that you can do the same.
